Charles "Chuck" L. Kobin
was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. A graduate of Grant High School and the University of Oregon (both undergrad and law school), he was admitted to the Oregon Bar
in 1964 and is licensed to practice before all Oregon federal courts, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and US Supreme Court.
Chuck was preceded in practice by his father Norman B. Kobin. Like his father, he represents owners, prime contractors, subcontractors and suppliers as well as sureties in the construction industry. Among his clients are a number of third-generation construction companies. His practice includes negotiating agreements, litigation, arbitration, and claims work on private, state, and federal projects.
